Jerry Krivda has been managing and coaching customer service teams since 1986. He has served as Enmark Systems’ Customer Support Team Manager since 1993, and has presented the annual Enmark User Group Conference to delighted customers who enjoy his combination of humor and dramatic stories, engaging and educating all who attend.

As a certified Dale Carnegie instructor since 1999, Jerry has also coached hundreds of students to achieve their goals by improving their communication and leadership skills.

Jerry has delivered service and leadership presentations to organizations such as the Association of Women in the Metals Industry (AWMI), the Association of Steel Distributors (ASD), the Downriver Small Business Forum, Brother Rice High School, and Detroit area Boys and Girls Clubs.
